Cleveland Christmas Festiva December 10, 2022. 1 2 pm to 6 pm. Vendors can start setting up at 11 am.
The cost per vendor will be $10.00 per regular vendor and $25 for Food Trucks for this event. There will only be we pick your space vendor booths available. The only spaces that will access electricity will be the food truck spaces. All Food Truck vendors must have an active license from the Oklahoma State Dept. of Health. This is not a food handler's permit. Non-Food Truck Vendors selling foods such as cakes, cookies, and drinks must fall under the Oklahoma Food Freedom Act. Click here to see if you fall under the food freedom act. There are some exceptions for nonprofits on how the law with the health department works, and we can discuss that with those vendors. All other vendors must sell legal items under State, County, and City laws.

Depending on the number of vendors, the event will take place on Broadway from Osage Street to either Cherokee or Delaware. Payment is due at the time of registration. Your location will be emailed to you by December 5. Vendor applications will only be taken until midnight on November 30.
No refunds will be given for a cancelation for any reason, except if we cancel the event or your application is denied. The event will only be canceled due to extreme weather. Please bring your tent, tables, and other items necessary for your comfort. All Youth Organizations and verified nonprofits will have free registration. Please do not use this form if you are a youth organization or nonprofit. Please email info@clevelandmainstreet.org, and we will assign you a spot.
IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD TO MAKE YOUR REGISTRATION YOU CAN PRINT OFF THE APPLICATION HERE AND MAIL IT IN WITH A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
