Pioneer Day Vendor Information

Pioneer Day is Sept 23rd

We have a few different price options for vendors this year:

  • ​​​You can pay $10.00 and we get to pick your spot, you have no say in which spot you get, but you can save money. ​
  • You can pay $20.00 and you get to give us your top 5 spot choices and we will give you one of those spots. 

  • If you need electricity it will be the same price as you pick your spot. (We can not guarantee the electricity will work, if it does not work we will refund your money, or if another spot is open we can move you. The electric plug is 8 to 10 feet up in the air on a light pole, you must bring your own ladder and extension cord to reach this plugin.)

  • All vendors must be legal.  This means whatever you are selling complies with all City, County, and State laws.  If you are selling any type of food or drinks you must either fall under the Oklahoma Food Freedom Act, be an exempt non-profit, or have a permit from the Oklahoma Department of Health (see below links for more info).

  • Your Vendor Space is not secured until you have paid for your space.  Payment is required at the time of registration. 

  • You will be sent an email invoice, you can either pay this invoice online or you can drop payment off with April at the Cleveland State Farm Office during their normal business hours. 

  • The location of your space will be emailed to you on Wednesday or Thursday before PIoneer Day.  They will not be released before this date.
